I’m a researcher and practitioner in strategy and innovation, passionate about how institutions, entrepreneurs, and technologists can work together to drive innovation and create positive change in our lives, ultimately transforming society.
I hold a PhD in Strategy and Innovation from University College London, with a multidisciplinary background in design and urban development. I have taught across MSc, BSc, and executive education programmes. My work focuses on entrepreneurial universities, technology adoption, and inclusive innovation, with an emphasis on bridging academic research and real-world impact.
Beyond academia, I collaborate with entrepreneurial ventures, investors, and public institutions as a consultant, mentor, and entrepreneur. I am also a certified psychological counsellor.
Outside of work, I enjoy ballet, tennis, travelling, and good design. I cherish blissful moments with family and friends, and value connections with people from diverse backgrounds and culture.
I explore how institutional environments and emerging technologies co-shape organizational strategy and innovation system, with a focus on entrepreneurial transformation, innovation governance, and capability building.

How do global science collaboration influence researchers’ risk-taking, interdisciplinary engagement, and trust in an era of geopolitical tension?
This ERC funded research investigates how large-scale international collaborations shape the innovation behaviour of individual researchers. I focus on how participation in global science consortia influences risk-taking, interdisciplinary engagement, and institutional trust—especially under conditions of geopolitical tension. My work links micro-level behaviours with broader questions about science governance, openness, and the shifting global landscape of research.

How can AI and other emerging technologies be adopted by public institutions, private firms, and SMEs for sustainable growth?
I explore how emerging technologies—especially AI—reshape innovation pathways and institutional arrangements. My research examines how public institutions, private firms, and particularly SMEs adopt and respond to these technologies in different socio-economic contexts. I focus on how innovation systems can be designed to be not only technologically advanced, but also inclusive, adaptive, and socially responsible—supporting both global ambitions and local development.
